Advanced At Home Fat Burning Workout:

Perform 30 seconds on each exercise with no rest in between. Rest ONLY where it says to rest.


1a) Pushups

1b) X-Body Mountain Climbers

1c) Bodyweight Squats

1d) Jump Lunges

Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds.


Circuit #2

2a) Spiderman Pushups

2b) Squat Jumps

2c) Close Grip Pushups

2d) Ice Skaters

Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds. (7.5m)


Circuit #3

3a) Burpees with double pushup

3b) Reverse Alternating Lunges

3c) Prisoner Squat Jumps

3d) Sprints in Place

Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds. (7.5m)


Finisher

4a) Burpees: 60-seconds

4b) Wall Sits: 30-seconds

4c) Burpees: 60-seconds
